Forming Fit

My priority fitness goal has been to concentrate on my form. Whether I am running, stretching, or lifting, I want to position my body comfortably. I am very well aware that I might not accomplish as much as others but I am certain it will be worth it.

Not all of us have personal trainers or a wall mirrors to help us correct ourselves; we do have technology! I decided to film myself performing good ol’ push-ups. Within the past years I have been able to do anywhere from 15-30 push-ups without stopping. After watching the video I realized that whatever I was doing before was not considered push-ups. My arms did not make a 90 degree angle and chest needed to be much closer to the ground. I would like to challenge you to record yourself squatting, running, swimming, whatever it may be and better your form 🙂
