Everyday Cookies

These healthy cookies contain no flour and much less sugar than your average cookie. The recipe is beyond simple. I would advise against them if you’re not a fan of oatmeal because that is the primary ingredient. I eat them as snacks but they work as dessert or breakfast as well!

 

Ingredients:

 

2 Cups of Oats

1 Cup Sugar-Free Applesauce

3 Smashed Bananas

1 Egg

¼ Cup of Almond Milk

2 Teaspoons of Cinnamon

1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract

 

Optional:

1 Cup of Dark Chocolate Morsels or Raisins (ew)

½ cup of crushed pecans

½ cup of toasted coconut flakes

 

Steps:

 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Mix all ingredients well
  • Place parchment paper on a cookie tray
  • Use a generous spoonful per cookie
  • Bake for 18 minutes
  • Cool and refrigerate!
